In 2016 we were looking for a reliable and strategic partner to manage our most important asset, our HOME! We hired a manager that came recommended with the expectation that our properties be marketed correctly and cleaned professionally with an emphasis on the ultimate guest experience.

To our disappointment, none of this happened. Weeks later we took over the management of our properties and created a welcome binder that included recommended things to do, places to see and restaurants to dine at. By hiring both a professional photographer and editor to improve the quality of the listing, as well as marketing on platforms all over the world our views quickly shot up. The results validated the approach as reservations and nightly rates vastly improved.
